If you use Google Analytics, you know how visitors arrive at your website.
But do you know how potential new patients behave once they get there?
While you may be monitoring high-level website analytics, you’re probably not paying attention to on-page behavior patterns. Basic Google Analytics doesn’t reveal that kind of data.
Conversion optimization technology uses something called heatmapping software, which is a visual color-coded representation of user behavior.
These heatmaps observe visitor behavior on a specific page to illustrate which buttons attract the most clicks, how far users scroll down a page, where they move their mouse, and more.
Why is this important?
Because if a “dead zone” is identified (i.e. the user scrolls quickly past a particular part of a page), we know that section of the page needs attention.
This is a continuous process. It never ends. It’s why conversion optimization remains a critical feature for our Premium clients who want to dominate their local area.
