But some doctors want more! So, we’ve developed a suite of optional features designed to enhance the appearance of your site and increase new patient conversion.

If you're a new Perfect Patients client, save 20% by adding premium options with your order and before your site goes live. We pass on this saving to you because options are more easily integrated into your site with its initial construction.


Design Options:

First impressions are lasting. Great design engages website visitors and keeps them on your site longer. And the longer they’re there, the more likely they are to take action and call your office, sign up for your newsletter, refer a friend... Choose from the options below:

 

1. Premium Design Service:

If you want the best or if you have particular ideas about website imagery to project a superior practice brand and philosophy, this service is for you. Over and above our standard design service, your premium design investment includes both a premium masthead design and premium welcome message design:

  • Up to five additional man-hours with our graphic design team. Premium design requires both talent and time!

  • A comprehensive search of multiple image libraries to source a selection of images that match your brief. You’ll be asked to review our image selection and provide feedback. Note: image use royalties are included with our fee.

  • A "new patient converting" welcome message personally written by Perfect Patients founder, Bill Esteb. 

  • Unlimited design edits until you approve our work.

2. Practice Identity Page Design:

Sometimes referred to as a "splash" or "entry" page. It's a great way to promote your branding and create a more comprehensive visual identity. Typically, the design of this page will echo the design and color scheme of your entire website. This is an excellent option for offices with two or more locations.

3. Logo Gallery:

A great practice logo projects a professional image. At a fraction of the cost of a custom designed logo, we’ll adapt a logo from our Logo Gallery to integrate with your site design. And, at no additional cost, we’ll supply a high resolution version for use on your office stationary, business cards and signage.

4. Custom "Printed" Newsletter Header:

Each month, Standard Plan clients receive a link to download a high resolution printable version of their practice newsletter. The printed version replicates the header design from your website but you may want a modified design that brands your newsletter, works the newsletter name into the design or includes your office address and phone number. Here’s are examples:

5. Custom HTML Email Headers:

In the first week of the month, we send the practice newsletter to your website members. In the third week, we send the health interests newsletter. Both have a high quality yet generic header design. To fully integrate the branding of your newsletter designs with your website, direct us to design a custom header that matches the branding of your website.

6. Site Redesign:

Perhaps you've had a Perfect Patients website for some time and it's time for a new look. Or maybe you're enlarging your services into wellness, pediatrics or some other speciality. Choose our Standard (site masthead and colors redesign only) or complete Premium Design (see option 1) service.

7. Homepage Video (Option Available in June 2008):

Internet users love video. Google thinks so too and that’s why they acquired YouTube.com for $1.6 Billion! Depending on your practice philosophy, choose one of our three pre-scripted welcome videos that we’ll produce to feature your office details.

And, to increase prospective patient traffic to your site, we’ll distribute your welcome video to over 30 video sharing sites (including You Tube, Google Video and AOL Video) and several social networking sites (including Face Book and MySpace).

This is a high powered conversion option.

8. Custom Office Map:

One of our most popular premium options.

New residents to your area often use the Internet to find a local chiropractor. Make sure your office is easy for newcomers to locate.

Map services such as Google Maps or Mapquest include too much distracting detail. For a one-time fee, our designers will make your practice the center of attention and only include the essential landmarks. It’s a crucial component of an effective "Contact Us" or "Office Hours & Location" page.

Plus, we’ll supply you with a high resolution version for use on any of your printed material.

9. Patient Testimonials:

12. Adjunctive Services SEO:

Does your office include complementary health services such as acupuncture, massage therapy, orthotics, nutritional counseling, cold laser or decompression therapy?

Pages on your site that feature these services can be super-search-engine-optimized to direct interested new patients directly to these specific pages. In fact, more people search online for these popular health services than for chiropractors!

This option supercharges your website to maximize new patient attraction. This option is highly recommended (especially if your strategy is that these complementary services are an "entry point" for new patients to be introduced to chiropractic care).

Your Perfect Patients website is optimized to attract people in your local community searching online for a chiropractor. But what about the millions of people who go online to search for solutions for complaints like headaches, neck pain, back pain, scoliosis, sciatica, colic, carpal tunnel… because of the way the Internet works, no "local" health service provider can effectively optimize their website to attract new patient who search for information on admitting complaints.

Google Ad Words (combined with Perfect Patients innovation) solves that problem!

Let us run a pay-per-click Google Ad Words campaign for your office. Many of our clients get extraordinary results with up to 300 referrals from Google to their website each month. Others return modest results. Try it for 3 months to see how well Google Ad Words works for your office.

16. Admitting Paperwork:

Add your admitting paperwork for new patients to download, print off and complete before their first visit. A wonderful convenience for both patients and your office staff and, a great opportunity to make a powerful first impression by introducing your new patient to your website before their first visit.

If you have your own paperwork in an electronic format (Word document, PDF etc), we’ll optimize and publish it to your site at no charge. Or select Perfect Patients ready-made admitting paperwork and we’ll adapt it and publish it to your website for new patients to download.
